Can anyone recommended a graphics card for me? My PC has a PCI Express x16 slot but my PSU is only 300w and the motherboard 19 Amps available on the +12 volts rails

what are you primarily going to use your machine for? for sure if for gaming it is pretty pointless upgrading it with dedicated graphics card, even upgrading it even though the system are not for gaming also pretty much pointless. but if you still wants to upgrade then probably some low end graphics card i could recommend is nvidia gt 710/720/730 as they are so cheap currently, maybe if you want the newer one is gt 1030, but the cost is slightly more expensive and the performance would be bottleneck by the processor if you want to game on your system

Thanks. I mainly want to add HDMI output and play some of the older games.

I'm also gonna upgrade the processor at some point. I got the PC given to me for free so its a project for fun too.

The last time I upgraded a graphics card it was a 3DFX Banshee VooDoo Raven. So its been a while.
