My friend has a problem. it's been happening for like the last months at least. The pc crashes and has to be restarted several times. Task manager says a lot of chrome tabs are open when only one is, same with Discord. Battle.net crashes when she tabs out or goes off the game, but it's only Overwatch, no other game. The pc is a couple of years old, prebuilt. What might the problem be? I guess it's the storage or something? I am not sure.

120 gb ssd, 1 tb hdd.
I'm not sure about the power supply. She doesn't wanna open it in case she breaks anything.
