Ram usable problem

Solution
The rest is being used by Integrated graphics. As the graphics dont have their own RAM, obviously because its an integrated chip. it borrows it from your system RAM. You can tweak shared memory in the BIOS, max you can assign i believe is 2 GB and lowest is 64 MB.

If you dont play games or,you play very low,end stuff i recommend giving it 128 MB.
