5820K is the best bang for the buck for your motherboard .
you can also search for newer i7 6850K or 6800K if you can find them for a better price .
(bios update might be needed with 6xxx cpus)
all of them are 6 cores 12 threads cpus
(ideal for heavy workload but also suitable for gaming)
