My MSI B250 PC Mate MB had no jumper, I have tried to CMOS but has pins not button and didnt comed with jumper, yes I tried taking battery out, even put +/- backwards (as seen on UTube) and touching metal butter knife to the last 2 prongs to jump it my self (UTube, n yes power flipped off n unplugged of course) but still cant get into BIOS I had a password on it I tried to earase it and after it said done I reset my pc it still wants a password to turn on and to go to BIOS. I have USB waiting to M-Flash it but cant get into Bios and PC wont come on without the password, plus everytime I run the UBM Test I get Incmplete for all three and no rating it reads Excluding HDD and SSD ( I havent got a SSD yet though just sunk all I had into building this so far I have baxisd PC knowledge but I do research every PC move I make, follow the manufactorer's instructuins to the "T" and wont do till I ask if not sure of my next move so I know I did ok building it but I dont know enough about them, and am stuck on this.

The manual for that motherboard says the clear CMOS/bios reset jumper(Jbat1) is located just above the PCI E4 slot.

edit: I might have misunderstood, now I'm thinking you know where it is, it just didn't come with the little piece that you use to connect the pins right?. If that's the case I think a bootable USB stick with the latest bios on it plus the flash software should get you back to factory condition.

i have m=flash in bios but cant get into bios cause I tried to delete password so when I turn pc on it asks for password BEFORE it can go into bios so have to cmos but I have tried everything I am told to do and still wont reset to factory and again asks for password (I only used 2 diffrent ones but tried to earase and now niether works and no default pass, company says CMOS only fix)
