Hello! I want to build a computer for streaming yo YouTube in 1080p@30fps. All I want to stream is basically a video from a webcam with an overlay added on top, and streamed with OBS. I was thinking about the i5-7600 and using the integrated graphics. Would this be enough?

that's overkill for what you would use it for. you can get away with an i5 7400 or a Pentium G4400 with intel graphics
