The i5 3470 is a locked CPU and you can't fully overclock it like you could a 2600k. The K at the end of the CPU name means unlocked/overclockable. You might be able to small overclocks if your motherboard lets you but they aren't much better than what TurboBoost gives you already. It woudn't be worth really and it's not real overclocking. Maybe 2% better performance in games.
