Samsung j7 droped in water

My phone (samsung j7) droped on water , and didnt do any to it so the water is probably gone, so now when i boot him i hear the sound of booting,then after he's done booting i noticed that the touch screen is working but the display is black.
Any idears ?

It may be cheaper and easier to replace the phone instead of trying to replace the screen. With water damage it could not just be a bad screen but a bad system board and other things may not work.
