Solution
i5 8400 is more than enough,id save your 100 euro or so there personally.
Ignore the low 2.8ghz base clock - the 8400 never ever runs at that speed apart from idle loads.
Runs at 3.9ghz 4 cores,3.8ghz 6 cores - its around 5% slower than the 8600k at stock speeds which is nothing.

gpu up to you, with the settings you stated the 1050ti is more than enough too in all honesty.
Hey man welcome to the forums:)

I recommand ou the folowing changes.

Since csgo is made with the source engine its a really heavy cpu game, its clever to buy a good cpu and a low range gpu , especially with the current gpu market. However the 8700k is total overkill uneless you plan on twitch streaming in the future.

1) I would drop the seagate hdd and get a 960 evo 250 gb ssd, you can always add storage later.
even for just csgo 120gb is full before you know it with all the ramdon stuff u do beside it.

2) I would grab a better case like the phanteks p400s(tg) or nzxt s340(elite).

3) Last but not least I would grab a better powersupply , that one is horrible and dont forget that unit powers the whole pc, so pretty important.
for instance get the corsair rmx , seaqsonic focus, evga supernova g3 (550w is great or 650w)

To be fair the zalman z1 isnt a bad case at the right price - which is 30-40 euro.
Id pay extra for the neo though ,tends to be 5 euro more & has better cooling.

hmm if hes on a budget (which I doubt because of the 8700k), I would get the corsair spec 04 TG case.
Another ramdon point.

I heard csgo runs bad on nvidia 1000 series gaphics cards, like really low fps

Id say not

not a big csgo player though personally.

i don't know how to quote so ill answers everyone here, thanks, its the i7 8700 non-k i got a budget of around 999euros including everything (delivry, taxes) ill change the powersupply i had aerocool 500w, ill get the seasonic one, zalman z1 cost 39,90 euros in my country, so i should choose i5 8400 + 1060 combo then? or i7 8700 1050 ti n change gpu later, wich one worth the most ? for the moment i dont plan to stream but only record
