with the money saved jump up to a gtx 1070 and a i5 8600k

freesync is not a feature nvidia gpu's can use

H7 is not enough, the lastest i5's need a 130W cooling solution to stay stable and turbo properly. The H7 is only 140W, there's not enough headroom.

From memory, that's 180 isn't it? Ultimately it'll impact load temps, higher the tdp the lower the load temps, or the quieter it'll be.

if the funds are there look at newer m2/nve as boot drives there faster then the old sata ssds.
