bios resolution problem

Is there any way to change resolution in bios when I go into bios there is about 1 inch that disappears all around screen I have MSI b350m pro, Ryzen 3 1200, EVGA gtx 1060 6gig I play on a 40-inch tv at 1680/1050 thank you for any help you guys can give

No, the bios usually just defaults to the lowest resolution that the monitor can do -- you cannot change that in the bios but you should be able to change it on the TV monitor if it is a problem.

Also, you didn't mention what type cable you are using but it is best to use one of the more modern and not VGA.

sorry I use HDMI connector and it is a standard RCA Tv do not believe it has option to change rez but will check later tonight at home thank you
