It's not letting download or even update my apps. Keeps saying to troubleshoot or call you guys and I don't understand I've done all of it and it still doesn't work I've turned off my phone I've troubleshot it I've called the people and the carrier is I don't know what else to do I'm just frustrated because I wanted to download Pandora but antivirus and it won't let me download anything so I'm frustrated and I don't know what to do I've tried everything you could possibly think of under the sun so I don't know if guys could help me I have a ZTE and I can't my carrier is SIMPLE Mobile
