Is this computer future proof?

Hi,
Today my friend is planning on buying a new pc.He has a lot pf money and he was asking me is his pc futureproof or not and is there any bottlenecking?Here are the specs:

Intel Core i5 8600K

Msi X299 mobo

Zotac Gtx 1070 amp 8gb

2x8gb Corshair ram

850W Cooler master gold psu

256Gb ssd samsung 850

2tb hdd Western digital

LG dvd,cd and bd (all are rewritable)

Windows 10 Pro 64x

Note that drives (samsung and western digital) are sata III.

You need a z370 board but yea its a balanced system, looks good will last you for a few years, About the PSU, I would keep the 850w because you never know if you need to get more, or better parts and they can always take up more wattage, always nice to have a little head room for upgrading, if you really wanted to future proof the build, maybe go for a 32 gb kit of ram instead of 16
