I have 16 gb of ram in my computer it used to work fine, before i got a new motherboard due to the last one no longer working. When i set everything up i go to task manager and its says it recognizes the 16 gb but 8gb are hardware reserved, so i cannot use them. I have 4 sticks of 4gb corsair and ive also tried using 2 8gb sticks of corsair vengeance both to no avail.
Ive updated drivers, reinstalled windows to the brand new ssd i just bought, wiped the old hard drives that used to have windows, and updated my bios. I don't know what else to do, if anyone could help id appreciate it.
I checked in nvidia control and noticed my graphics memory is 10000 mb so i think my graphics card is reserving the ram.
