My desktop now can only boot on energy saving mode profile with my Dram on 1600mhz. If I boot with normal or Asus Optimal profile, none of my peripherals turn on, and I need to force shutdown by pressing the power button to enter on safe mode on the motherboard, to use bios to switch back to the power saving mode profile.

I have a GTX 980TI, I76900K, Asus Strix X99 Gaming, 2x8Gb Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4 3000mhz

What power supply?

Have you tried disconnecting ALL USB devices that aren't necessary then booting?
Try a different graphics card.

Not sure but it sounds kinda like your system isn't getting the power it needs....or some device may be shorting and drawing too much.

If you let it cool down completely does it make any difference? If so I'd look into another power supply.

Just my thoughts.

My power supply is a 1000w Corsair Modular 80+ Platinum, and I only have this graphic card ;-;. I'm going to leave it disconnected from everything for a few hours and see if it makes some difference.
