In all my games, my CPU hovers around 60%+ usage where as my GPU is at most at 20% usage.
This is causing low framerates and lots of lag spikes. All cores are being used. Ive done everything i know how to do.
CPU is at 3.9ghz.
I don't think its a bottleneck by the CPU, but I could be wrong.
