INTERNET NOT WORKING pls help

Hey guys, so for about the past 2 weeks my internet has been the WORST. It will stay on for about 2 minutes and go off again. After this I have to turn it off and back on in another 5-10 minutes. I’m currently using a tp-link range extender which is wired to my PC. Somebody help I’ve had enough of this.

This happens to me too, since i replaced my motherboard. whenever i turn on my pc it blocks my wifi signals which is coming from a router. This is really weird everything was fine on my old motherboard which died recently.

I gave up on range extenders --- too much hassle and frequently needed power-cycling.

I now use powerline adapters instead --- the difference in reliability is like the difference between night and day.

So I suggest you look at changing some or all of your network equipment for greater reliability.
The range extender has to go for starters - - get powerline plugs instead.

But I didn't stop there, I also binned my Netgear router & replaced it with a hang-on-the wall Billion one. So reliable it's boring - - lol.
