Is this a good build?

Last time this happend gpu's where being throw around for next to nothing after about a 2 weeks of steady drops in getting money. It started falling down in the beginning of this week and since 3 days ago has gone into the no longer profitable zone for almost all cryptocurrency's. So I would say new gpu's will be dropping in a month but used cards will start flooding the market in as little as 10 days if this keep up. This can ofcourse happen earlier.

There is a small chance bitcoin picks up again but it's unlikely. Still waiting 2 weeks or so to get a way better gpu for about the same price is worth it.

Back when the first crash abandonment of gpu mining happend I managed to get 2 hd 5870's...

If you can I recommend you to wait because bitcoin is massively crashing atm and this will result in a lot of cheap used gpu's + lower gpu prices. The price you are paying for the 1060 3gb can get you a 1070 once the prices go down again. I would recommend that card to you since you are streaming.

Back when the first crash abandonment of gpu mining happend I managed to get 2 hd 5870's for 30€ each in early 2011. I also got a hd 7950 in 2013 when people tried mining alternative coins again but failed and got it for 90€. All cards are still functionall today and the hd 7950 drives my brothers pc. So yeah you can get a steal usually.
