Hello,
I have a MSI Mortar B250M motherboard and an intel core i7 7700 processor in my own build desktop PC. The processor is always running at 3.6GHz.
When the CPU is at almost zero load the clock frequency should drop, right? But it does not, no matter what power plan i select. I tried going through the BIOS but did not find anything to change this.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
