asus tuf z270 mark 2 standoffs

i have been reading about this board, and im concered that my NZXT S340 Elite wont be able to hold the board. the TUF Z270 SAYS, its an ATX board, but many say it doesnt fit exactly in an ATX frame, so im wondering if i can even fit it in my tower. i cant seem to figure it out myself, so if there is any here that could help i would love that.

It will fit. A standard full size ATX Form Factor motherboard is 12.0 inch x 9.6 inch. The Asus TUF Z270 Mark 2 is 12.0 inch x 9.2 inch. The NZXT S340 Elite accommodates full size ATX motherboards.

okay thank you, i have another question, because i can see that there will be 2 standoffs i the top right corner and lower corner that wont be able to be used, i need to take those out yes ?

Just match up the standoffs with the 7 screw holes in the motherboard.
