I have an Intel i5-6500 with the stock cooler. Just noticed that the minimum temperature is around 60 degrees while checking the statistics. I don't think this is normal, so just wanted to ask here for help. Fans are working correctly I guess.

Here are the statistics for the CPU;

You should have taken photos with cooler installed.

If it was installed right, thermal paste would be smeared out. Looks like there was no contact between cooler and cpu at all.
(thermal paste is those 3 dark-grey lines on the cooler)

Before reinstalling cpu cooler, you have to turn black push pins in direction opposite to arrows.

It's possible, the thermal paste is so dried out it's unusable and needs to be replaced.

Looks like I somehow failed to post the screenshot. I updated the main thread with a link with the statistics.

Your CPU cooler obviously is not installed correctly.
Can you make a photo of your cpu cooler?

I suspect cooler push pins to be in wrong orientation.

Strange, I'm pretty sure that the cooler pins had no problem, but uninstalling the stock cooler and reinstalling it worked. Looks like those grey lines were the thermal paste, as you mentioned. I assume it's kind of strange that I used this PC without thermal paste for almost two years, with no heating problem.

Anyways, the problem is solved, thanks to you all.
