Got a big problem need your help!

Okay so here it is, first problem is when my pc boots i get a black screen saying A2 and A3 for a second and then B2 stays for a minute or two in corner of screen it beeps 3 times through that time and then my pc would boot normaly but now its just black screen and sometimes there is white cursor in left corner, i cannot enter BIOS.
I have tried removing CMOS for some time, making a shortcircut on it and none helped, my pc wont even boot when i remove CMOS.
My motherboard is gigabyte H61-P20(G3), i have it for about 4-5 years.
Can i fix this or i need a new motherboard or something else is bad?

Try this one more time: remove the GPU if you had one, use onboard iGPU. Remove all the RAM, any pcie add-on cards ( like sound card, SATA/USB etc.), and the boot device, clear the CMOS, boot the PC to see what happens.

If the PC does the same, not boot, and you may need the new MB, if you want to know MB or cpu has problem, you will need go to local PC shop or ask your friend for help, if you did not have compatible part to test.

If the PC can boot, then add the RAM and the boot device back one by one.
