RAM Timings and Sub-timings

I have overclocked RAM in my Ryzen build which required slackening of the main timings. I understand that Ryzen sets particularly loose sub-timings which can effect performance. Doesn't seem to have as I'm getting much higher bench-mark results with the slacker timings and faster speeds.

I wondered if anyone can point me in the direction of software that will tell me all of my current RAM timings and sub-timings?

Thanks in advance

Hi Dunlop, that seems to be the consensus due to the infinity fabric in Ryzen chips - although I watched a thing the other day that suggested the sub-timings can degrade performance significantly. The guy in the video claimed that in his testing the ridiculously slack sub-timings resulted in 2933MHz with slack timings being slower than 2400MHz RAM with fast timings.

My BIOS displays the SPD and my current timings which I have dialed in. I have left all of the sub-timings on auto (mainly because I have no idea what values to set). From HWiNFO I can see that my Trfc has been auto set to 514T which is considerably slacker than the SPD. I have ran benchies in Aida64 and my write, read and copy speeds are all really high but latency is terrible.
