You should add another 4GB module. Not only because 8GB is a good spec, but because with one module you're not getting the benefit of Dual Channel memory. RAM needs time to "refresh". It stops sending data during this, so it's important to have 2 modules. Then they can take turns refreshing.
There's nothing high powered in there. At low loads your talking 100W light bulb power levels.
I know money can be hard to come by at that age. But if you could get a newer GPU, say GT730 1GB DDR5 in there you would have support for newer games. It works OK with a 720P TV for a monitor. GTX 750 is a lot better. But GPU prices are unrealistic right now.

Hello Mate,

The best answer would come from the groups knowledge of your hardware, I am just passing by with something else to consider while waiting!

Search for: Digital LCD Power Meter Measuring Outlet
About $8 US on Ebay.

Check you can view both watts and current of the appliance.
This might not be what your question was about but I am sure you would find it interesting.
What power your system should use could be compared to actual use to identify possible problems!

Cheers,
Gary
