Hey, TL;DR Below
First time doing this. So, I have been trying to update my BIOS. My reason to update BIOS is because while playing Overwatch my computer randomly shuts down. Any where between 10 minutes to 3 hours of competitive play. Here's what happens when I experience the shut/restart: My screen goes black, mouse and keyboard shut down, I can't hear anything through my headset and no one can hear me, and I look toward my PC and it is still on. Seems like its restarting or something. I run low everything and 75% render scale. This doesn't happen while I'm playing arcade/quick play. This didn't used to happen. I think it has been a month now since it started doing it. I had an old PSU 650W bronze that I used before I had the issue and during I had the issue so, I changed to my new PSU below both give me the same shutdown/ restart experience. So, it seems this issue happen even if I am not playing Overwatch now. My computer shutdown/restart while watching Twitch and my computer hasn't even been on for an hour yet. I have done most of what the user Artifice did:
https://us.battle.net/forums/en/overwatch/topic/20745304400
Here's what I didn't try: Different Nvidia drivers, haven't tried launching from games executable directory, switching PC to different outlet and I don't own the game he mentioned so I cannot test that but, so far while playing other games for extended periods of time like Fortnite don't give me the random shut downs. Anyways at the end of that forum a few said that a BIOS update fixed there problems. So, I did some research on how to update my BIOS. I used Windows Media Creation Tool to create a bootable flash drive with my new BIOS update in it. My M-Flash wasn't detecting the BIOS update no matter what I did. I created a partition using Command Prompt, I used the diskpart method to create a bootable USB. My BIOS detected the new BIOS when selecting the boot from option in M-Flash but for some reason it cannot see the new BIOS when I'm trying to select the BIOS update option. My BIOS also cannot create a back up onto my USB because it cannot detect any file or folder. I think I need to start over. I'm not sure where I went wrong here. I ran memtest86 for 2 passes no errors. That was about a 3 hour process. I grabbed the most recent BIOS version here:
https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/760GM-P23-FX.html
I'm using a PNY 32GB USB drive for this. Not sure if thats the issue. It's formatted to FAT32. According to my BIOS it only supports FAT/FAT32 when I enter the M-Flash and select BIOS update. I can try to get pictures of it if needed.

I need a step-by-step for installing a new version of BIOS for the MOBO below. My PC is shutting/restarting down at random interludes while playing Overwatch competitive. The first link is similar to mine or you can read about my experiences above. So, it seems this issue happen even if I am not playing Overwatch now. My computer shutdown/restart while watching Twitch and my computer hasn't even been on for an hour yet.
