Artifacts while browsing

So recently I've been browsing (I use Chrome) and in this one website I use I noticed some artifacts while loading an image sometimes, but since it seemed very random and I couldn't recreate it, I didn't really mind. But just now I was on yt checking out the new UFC 3 to see if it was any good and this happened http://prntscr.com/i9ter0
I'm wondering what could be causing it, could it be my gpu? Since it shows on the screenshot it shouldn't be right? It'd suck since I got a RX 550 recently on a sale just to play esports games while I save up for a new computer. I haven't really noticed artifacts while gaming or anywhere else,
What could be causing it? GPU, drivers, chrome?

Thanks in advance!

Solution
If it's just the browser have a look in the browser settings and see if the hardware acceleration option has been chosen. Sometimes it can cause issues depending on the driver (usually video though in my experience).

I'll give it a shot, and I have the lastest drivers from AMD. Hope that's the issue, but even if it is, not sure if I'll be able to tell, at least right away, because the artifacts happen very sporadically, the one from the screenshot was the very first time, and the others happen no more than a handful of times and they can be missed in the blink of an eye really.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, I'll get back to you after some testing!
