PC is randomly restarting without warning

There really seems to be no trigger for it, I'll just be on Youtube, or playing a game when my screen goes black, and my pc reboots as if I pressed the restart button on my case, and no BSOD pops up

I built this pc around 3.5 years ago and no issues with it until now. My guess it's my PSU because I turned off the windows setting that reboots it if a fatal error occurs, but it still happens. My PSU is also the oldest part in this thing, probably bought it around 5 or more years ago.

Any suggestions on what I can do? Seeing the PC market right now I really don't think I want to buy a GPU or RAM anytime soon

If u have a msi mobo try flicking the slow mode.If the pc stops restarting then its probably your cpu core voltage either...

I wish I could just try a new PSU without buying it. Also I do not have any OC running

If u have a msi mobo try flicking the slow mode.If the pc stops restarting then its probably your cpu core voltage either low or high.Try Downclocking yor cpu as that worked for me.
