My Mother board is a : Manufacturer: MSI Model: A68HME33 v2 (MS-7721) 9.0 Chipset:AMD K15 IMC REV 00 (Southbridg: AMD A68H FCH REV 2.6 LPCIO: FINTEK F71868AD will it work wth the GEFORCE® GTX 1060

Yes but depending on your CPU it may be a bit overkill and bottleneck. I would save your money and get a 1050ti or even pick up a used GTX 960

It will work but your CPU is probably not going to pair well with it. You also need to check your power supply.
