Do you know your single RAM stick is actually good? Or compatible with your motherboard?

Any history of problems before the shutdown? Any changes you previously made we should know about, i.e. overclocking, reconfiguring anything, moving stuff around your work area?

Any obvious signs of physical damage on the motherboard, like scorch marks, blown capacitors, or pieces that have broken off?

It’s pretty rare for a PC to just die mid-use like that especially since you were just watching YouTube. However, what you’re describing sounds a lot like a power delivery failure on part of your motherboard.

As mentioned above, look for anything burned or buldging on your motherboard. And do not continue to attempt to boot as you could risk harming other working components.
