Hi! One month ago I bought a graphic card+monitor and it works fine but 2 weeks ago one fail appears.

Its a strange "tearing"/"Glitches" in Desktop as well as in Games. It also appears when i'm at bios. In windowed mode no "tearing" only in fullscreen (in games).

I dont know if the problem is in GPU or in Monitor.

What i have tried:
-GPU Pin: "8" n "8+6" no changes...
-GPU Bios Switch no changes...
-No Overclocked
-AMD Chill OFF
-Clean Uninstall AMD.
-DDU
-Update the bios
-Test various drivers of the graphic card (ReLive Adrenaline) didn`t works...
-Update chipset drivers
-Installed monitor drivers...
-Freesync Standard/Definitive (No changes)
-Memtes86 No errors
-Reset bios to default don't work...
-Connect the monitor to another PC (No Freesync on this PC) and no tearing(I think monitor works fine)

I think the problem resides in (GPU) Freesync technology but i dont know exactly what happens.

When i disable freesync it sometimes works...(Not always)

INFO:
I'm on Windows 10 x64 (Updated)
-GPU: Shapphire Nitro+ RX580 8gb

-MOBO: Asus Rog Strix B350F Gaming
-CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

Solution

Not really. It's all about comparing the symptoms with what you already seen in other failing cards.

If the visual problem cannot be seen on screenshots, then it points towards monitor/cable failure, or perhaps a GPU port failure. So first step should be to try another cable and port on GPU. Also, since the problem appears on BIOS screen too, it cannot be caused by drivers (or Windows in general) - it has to be hardware failure.

Okey thanks, I'm going to "use the warranty" to replace it.

Thanks for your answer ^^.

I actually think the problem is the monitor, not the GPU. I used to connect GTX 1050 to Smart TV and had tearing from time to time (maybe one in every 5-10 boot), mostly on bios start up screen but less in window.

I have recently got a monitor. 4 weeks now with daily use, never once have a screen tear on start up.

Just my observation from personal experience.
