Hellppp pc wont be play games...keeps shutting off

Hey guys this is a really confusing issue and ive been asking everyone about it and no one seems to know what the problen is so ill give you all the info i have!! My computer was plugged in working just fine...i turned it off loaded it into a the car moced it to my new place very gently and now the computer will turn on for 3 seconds then off for 5 then bacm on for 3 then off for 5 jn a repest cycle until i turn kff the psu switch!! Now last night we made a breakthrouhh where i switched the 6pins around on my gtx 970(traded their ports) and it fired up just fine...problem was i could load games up....ide get into the loading screen...and then as soon as i click the screen that lets me play it reboots!!...this is then pwnding problem my comp will not work while trying to PLAY the gane...the game loads the main menu loads but then boom it reboots...i ahould note as well i just cleaned it i reseated every comoonent i checked all power lines and i should also note rhat one of my case fans lights up but doesnt spin which is wierd!!! Thanka guys im prolly gonna buy a new psu and see if thats the problem am i right to do so??

Maybe the bios got resetted.
When you go to bios disable the onboard graphics and enable dedicated graphics, when you did that save the settings turn the pc off and plug the graphics card in your motherboard.
Try to boot the pc with the dedicated graphics card.

Its the oldest paet of this pc...i recently upgraded every component....except the mobo but everything worked excellent until the move so it just crapped oit all of the sudden???

Can you take pictures of the inside of the computer.
Are the connectors of the psu connected to the motherboard?
Remove the CMOS battery wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
Remove your graphics card and boot from your integrated graphics.

Yea didnall that thwy are connected i removed the cmos and out the battery in!! When the gpu is unplugged booted fine the mobo graphics were fine just wondering if maybe it booted fine cause the psu couldnt supply enough power i will take a picture of it when i get home and post
