I found some "gddr2 667 2gb" today and cannot find anything about them, can someone tell me if they are usable in a ddr2 board? They are dimm modules.

I don't believe your answer is correct. These modules are manufactured by elpida and DO have the label of GDDR2-667 2GB. I can only find these in netbook fork, but I have some in desktop form.
