I've been having internet issues for awhile now and one of them being Im not directly connected to my cable modem (which is supplying my internet) but due to where my setup I cant directly connect it to the modem without stringing a long ethernet cord across the house.
Currently I just have an AC12000 WiFi USB Adapter by netgear. Im wondering if a powerline adapter will be more consistent (especially for gaming) than the USB adapter. Would it be a better idea to go with the powerline adapter or stick with the USB adapter for more consistent, reliable speeds
