Hi, Recently I purchased 1TB Seagate SLIM external hard drive.
When I connect it to my laptop, it dsnt show up in My computer folder, or my laptop dsnt detect it, dats what I thought.
I tried, updating its firmware & driver too , but still nothing.
When I go to the Control panel, Devices & Printers menu, I can see a Seagate Slim , logo reflecting there.
And also, when I go the connected USB option , at the right bottom of my home screen, it shows me the option for safely remove SLIM HARD DRIVE.
What might be the problem, and how do I fix it, so that I can start using it?
I hvnt tried connecting it to any diff system. Is there any chances that due to any problem with my laptop , it dsnt show up in my My Computer folder?
Since it shows both in the connected USB option and devices & printers option, it's for sure that my system is able to detect it, isint it. But how to make it workable in order use it.
