XMP Profile can I choose any mode from 2400mhz up to 3600mhz is it safe?

Hello guys thank you for stopping by question is simple in title thank you for your answers I have 2x4gb hyperx 2400mhz in xmp profile I can go with it up to 4000mhz I think or 3600mhz but is it safe?

I see in my bios I can turn it on and stuff even choose mhz are you pretty sure I cant? THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLIES AND HELP
