Csgo had a really good framerate then I had a three week break and now it's very bad

Hey Guys

3 weeks ago my computer was running Csgo at 100+ fps. Now I come back from my 3 week break and on the main menu i can barely hit 30 fps.

My Specs are:
i3 2100
rx 550
8gb ram (No Brand)
250V Psu

If anyone has any tips or think they may know what the problem is then please respond to this

Sitting idle for some time = dust building up, dust causes pc to run hotter... things don't run as well if the temps get too hot.

Are you really on a 250w psu? Minimum requirement for the 550 is at least 400w... In fact, that MIGHT be what the problem is...

Try and get an 80+ gold(bronze and silver are ok as well) model. The psu is something you don't want to cheap out on, as they have the potential to take your entire system down with it should something go wrong.
