The hardware is as follows
LGA 775 (OptiPlex 755) Mobo
Q6600

6gb ram
305w psu
2 HDD's
Gpu shows up in BIOS as VGA Multimedia: Nominal
GPU shows no where in device manager, OHM, task manager, msi afterburner
Disclaimer: I have just installed a fresh install of windows on account of some blue screens and a failing HDD. I don't suspect this would cause problems with the GPU. Just trying to see if anyone has any ideas. Trust me, my next investment is a B250 mobo and a new GPU/CPU, tax season is coming baby!
