gtx 770 or gt 1030(read desc)

i know, the answer is obvious, the 770, but the problem is that the gtx 770 is the FE version, and is 150 usd, the gt 1030 is 91 usd, but currently i dont have the 150, should i wait and buy the gtx? or buy the 1030? i only play low requirements games, but i would like to upgrade to games like hitman, gta 5 fallout 4 etc

What about power supply? Minimum recommended for the 770 is 600w.
The 770 is the more powerful of the 2 options. Save up and get that one if your current psu is big enough. A 1060 would've been better, but it's WAY out of your budget right now.
The FE versions of the 10 series can be had on Nvidia's site for the normal price... IF you can get one.
