want to upgrade 2 GB 2RX8 PC2-6400S-666-12-E3 to 4GBX2

My son's desktop computer has 2 slots with 2GB 2RX8 PC2-6400S-666-12-E3. I want to upgrade the to compatible 4GB sticks. Can you please tell me what I need to look for to determine if a 4GB stick would work.

That is Samsung DDR2 800Mhz SODIMM - laptop memory.
Yes - I'd like to know too - what desktop board uses laptop memory. Some ultra small form factor pc?

about 8-10 years ago slim media PCs were the fad, HP Slimline and such had proprietary boards and many used sodimm

Ok so I googled how to find out what motherboard is and it told me to type in wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer,version,serialnumber.
Did that and here is what I got:

Dell, Inc Model # 0PK096 serial # ..CN6986176C0C51

The case is less than half the size of a normal desktop and I bought this from my cousin, who may or may not have rebuilt it.
I appreciate your help :)
