Will 550W be sufficient? / looking to perfect this build

After having built 2 PCs for myself, I've also decided to build one for my niece as a gift. As she's only 14 years old, I know aesthetics mean a lot to her, which explains the (pretty low-performing) H7 RGB cooler, 3 additional RGB case fans, the case that's really expensive for this sort of build (white-black theme if that's relevant lol)

However, I'm not sure if the wattage is going to be enough to supply power for this system. And since I'm on quite a limited budget,I can't just go for a PSU with more wattage, every euro matters. I've tried PSU calculators (I'm aware that these aren't always reliable sources of information, but I did it anyway to get some reference) and these either told me 550W was just sufficient or not enough. But in both cases there wouldn't be enough headroom for overclocking, I suppose. Unfortunately, all of these fancy RGB stuff may also add up to the wattage used to some extent (I think?)

Build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 1600, OC'ed to probably 3,7-3,8 GHz if possible
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi RGB
MB: MSI Tomahawk Arctic B350 AM4+
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 8GB DDR4 3200MHz 16-16-16-36 Black
GPU: Asus DUAL-GTX1060-3GB White (also going to be overclocked)
Storage: Samsung 960 EVO, 250 GB SSD M.2 2280
Storage: Seagate FireCuda, 1 TB Hybrid
Case: Corsair Crystal Series 460X RGB Compact, Tower (with 3 RGB fans included)
3 additional Case fans: MasterFan Pro 120 Air Balance RGB 3 in 1 Pack

? PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550W

I just have enough money for this build, maybe 10-30 euros leftover for an alternative PSU / Seasonic Focus plus 650W. However, as I said, every euro counts and I want to be sure it's going to be worth it.

Any better suggestions to make the build perform better / more valuable / ''prettier'' for a 14 years old girl are welcome too (which aren't too expensive / maybe even cheaper) ! hehe
