pc freezes while playing games and black screen crash

so i recently just reformted my pc and i got windows 7 64 bit before i had 32 bit and i am having a problem which is really bugging me which is my pc will freeze for few secs while playing games than recover after a while and this issue just get worse and games just crashes its really frustarting cause this game ran super smooth and super fine for me before i asked the person or the shop who reformated my pc if it was cause of 64 bit and he said that shoudnt be the problem ofc he had no fix what should i do pls help?

my graphic card is latest version too and everything so dont know whats the issue
the games ran fine before why all of sudden the only thing that is changes is my pc is 64 bits now

3.2ghz processor windows 7 64bit
4gb ram and 1gb graphics nividia geforce
i know my pc i shit but the problem is the games that worked fine for me before are having problem now even on lowest setting[/quotemsg]

i am using the latest geforce 210 version before when i played the games i also had the latest version and no problems

i dont think i can open it worried if i mess up itl cost us again to repair and we just had it reapaired as for cpu temp its between 35 to 60

okay so you had win 7 64bit installed and thats when it seemed to play up. I would fresh install windows. Do remember to backup important files. Personal files, Games saves, Media, Documents, etc. Then install geforce experaince and download the latest driver for your gpu.

ok i did as you said installed windows again 64 bit and latest graphic card version and still facing the same problem man what do i do even got new hard disk

so as sort of fixaround i found is to restart my pc sometimes and the games work fine but i want proper solution since restarting till i fine proper is frustarting
