I stored my pc for 9 mos. Everything works fine before all same model 8 computers, 4 them don't turn on at all the rest are still turning on but no longer getting to the windows or technically nothing is on the screen only the mobo turns on in amber.

Solution
CMOS batteries on the motherboards possibly died. A new CR2032 coin battery replacing the old ones on the motherboards should get them going again unless there is unforeseen damage to them that took place during storage.

Try buying a small pack of 3V CR2032 batteries and see if that helps. The battery is installed on to the motherboard battery slot. It's the most common cause of a PC failing to start after being stored.
