Yes....But really its a MASSIVE headache that is only going to lead to random problems. You'll have to manual install drives and reg files. Than hope that it doesn't Blue Screen on you or you gotta go into safety mode and wipe the drivers manually and start over.

I have an old 580, can I put it in and have it to do the work for encoding in obs?
Maybe. Shadowplay and most CUDA encoders need the next generation to run (600 series or higher). CUDA Compute 3.0 I believe. it may work. I just don't know. You can have your CPU do the encoding with OBS.
