Hello there.

I'm desperately need help. I cannot install Windows 7 (nay any other Windows) on my computer for some reason and I don't know what to do. Whenever I try to install it it gives me the "windows setup could not configure windows to run on this computers hardware" error message.
I hear about it being a problem with the motherboard since it's an UEFI and I did change my HDD configuration but it still didn't work.
Later I heard about the Oobe trick which forcefully installs Win but it doesn't work since when I got to the final step when the PC reboots I cannot use neither my keyboard nor my mouse so it's impossible to get the command prompt.
Strangely enough it does install on the M.3 (which would be my most preferred place to install the OS) but with that I get blue screen and crash right away and I cannot even run Safe Mode since it's gonna crash anyways.
I feel like I'm out of options and don't have an idea about what should I do. Please guys if you know anything that might work I would be most grateful.

PC configuration:
Asrock Z97 OC Formula
Intel I7 4790K
Geforce 1080
Generic (not sure about this) HDD, SDD, M.3 and SSHD

Thank you so much and have a good day!

I'm already doing that actually I didn't boot from USB.
Everything goes fine until the final step when the installation needs to restart. From that point sooner or later it gives me the error message and sadly I cannot use my keyboard to pull up the CP. I have no clue why.

try installing a diffrent version? such as 8 or even something older? chances are win 7 cant get the drivers needed for your I7 or something causing it to have issues... before you do that, is it 32 or 64 bit and how much ram does it have you didnt specify that

Ok I will try to install a different OS and see what happens. It's supposed to be 32 bit because the 64 bit won't even start for some reason. I got 16 GB ram.
I will let you know what happens after I try to install Windows 8.
Thank you for trying to help me.

thats your problem. 32 Bit can only handle 4Gb of ram you need 64GB for any more then that... try 64 Bit win 7 if you prefer win 7 otherwise do win 8 64 Bit
