As of late my PC has just been shutting down 5 minutes or so after logging into windows. Ive replace the Power Supply, Added 3 Fans, cleaned everything out, reapplied Thermal Gel between the Liquid Cooler and the Processor and its STILL shutting down.

One of my Liquid cooling tubes is super hot, the other room temp so i assume its working but perhaps its to hot to fast? Im debating popping an old Processor fan from a previous PC in to see if maybe the liquid cooling is the issue. Any other suggestions of what i can do to try and figure out what the issue is?
