My pc has had a lot of problems and I didn’t not know why. About two months ago my pc wasn’t working and I took apart everything and put it back in and started working again to break down again. I installed a new cpu to see if that might work only for the windows screen to not even to show up on the monitor screen. I tried two other monitors and those didn’t work either. My pc had a amd fx 4300 before I installed the amd fx 8350. My specs are:
-asus m5a7bl-m plus/usb 3 motherboard
-asus rog strix 460 oc edition 4gb
-old cpu amd fx 4300 and new amd fx 8350 with hyper 212 evo
-1tb hard drive tobisha
-16gb ram ddr3 crucial
-seasonic g-series 650watt semi modular

"a lot of problems" and "wasn't working" and "break down again" are vague terms that make it hard to help. Some basic questions:
Did this computer EVER work right? Or has it always had 'problems'? Did you buy it pre-built or did you build it yourself?
What specific problems did it have at first? When it 'wasn't working' do you mean it wouldn't even power up or do you mean something else? When it 'broke down', what does that mean?

On the CPU upgrade, I notice on the Asus site there's a 2016 bios which offers better CPU compatibility, are you using the latest bios for that motherboard? If you don't know, I'd put the 4300 back in just to update the bios if needed.

Also I notice you're using a third party cooler(212 Evo). These CPUs run...

Also I notice you're using a third party cooler(212 Evo). These CPUs run hot, so proper installation is absolutely critical. You don't mention temperatures but once you get the computer working again with the 4300 that's the first thing you should check.

That's true.I Would suggest getting a better cooler, and make sure you properly examine the CPU And cooler.
