My computer used to work perfectly and is only a year or so old. However recently my computer turns on and off multiple times when pressing the power button. I can still get into my system with some determination even though it's unpredictable when the system will have a successful startup. While in the system everything runs fine with no slowdown and temperatures are fine. I've tried resetting the bios but it changed nothing. I have also unplugged all cables and then plugged then its again with no change. Same goes for Ram (I have placed one in at a time). Perhaps this is an issue with the psu? Even so it's hard to work out what's wrong when the system (after a lot if attempts) boots fine.
