i just got my first desktop pc i really could use some help

Solution
That all depends on what Games titles you are looking to play! Whilst the processor is not slow its 1st Gen i7 from 2009, to get the best performance from it I would suggest you increase the RAM to 8GB according to Board manufacturer the best spec you can put in that machine is PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333MHz) I would use 2 x 4GB sticks, if the existing ram is the slower 1066MHz stuff you would be better removing it than mixing it with 1333.

The graphics card is quite Basic, If you post a reply with a few titles you are hoping to Play I will try and advise a few options?
