my pc doesnt run well

i have recently bought some parts for my pc
i bought an ASRock n68-GS4 fx R2.0
8 g ram a amd fx 8350 4gh and 8 cores and a gtx 1050. i have windows 10 an ssd and al that stuff. and i still have a low fps on games like rust and rainbow six siege
can anyone tell me what the think the problem is

What did you upgrade it from? What do you consider low fps? What settings? What's the PSU?

i can play rainbow six siege on 50 to 60 fps on medium and thats not to fast and rust on high settings on 50 fps with a lot of frame drops

i upgrades from a old pc with an 256 ssd op something like that windows 7. and a grapghic card with 9800 gt in the name

I'll do a bit of research to see. Perhaps you could also download userbenchmark and run it and see how your GPU performs compared to others with the same one, and I'd probably do it multiple times for precision just to make sure. Also, while you're playing your games could you also check the CPU/GPU/RAM usage and post it on here? What are the temperatures of the GPU and CPU?

What resolution are you playing at?

What are the temperatures of the GPU and CPU? the grapghics card runs almost always at 100% and gers around 40 degrees and the cpu i dont really know the ram usage in rust is at about 6 g. im plating at 1920x1080

That's probably your problem or one of the main ones. Have you tried playing at 720p or overclocking? Btw you can check all of the usage in an app called task manager

Don't think the cpu is that bad,especially with a gtx 1050,but the motherboard you combined it with might hold it back.

well cant do much with that cpu/mobo, you really screwed yourself buying fx

a better gpu, anything good would be bottlenecked though
