I have 1050ti OC 4GB I Can't play Rainbow Six at medium even at 60fps in 1920x1080p plz help me

PC: i5-2400 3.10 gz
8GB Transcend Ram

Download MSI afterburner, install it with riva tuner, after you have installed it.
Go to MSI afterburner, select settings
Go to monitoring tab and tick the following (Click on Check sign) and untick the rest:GPU usage,Memory usage,Core clock, CPU usage,CPU clock, RAM usage, and Frametime
Now after you selected which one you wanna show up after you select for example CPU clock you can set under Framerate graph properties Show in On-Screen Display and tick that box.

Now under Riva tuner upper left corner set Show On-Screen Display to ON and start up a game.

Now you are looking at CPU, GPU and RAM usage, if CPU usage is at 100% the CPU is limiting your GPU and gpu has usage around 60%-80%, that means CPU is limiting GPU to output FPS...
